Every home put up for sale will be given an energy-efficiency rating like those found on cookers and fridges, ministers announced yesterday.
Inspectors will tour houses and grade them on a scale of A to G - with A being the most efficient.
I like the sound of this, it's about time energy saving was taken into account in house pricing.
